What if work made you feel so energised that you felt as good as you do after a gym session?

What if it made you feel so good that you felt as if you could climb mountains? How exhilarating would that be?

Just imagine for a moment that the picture above was of you and your team, and that you were in the midst of a mountain expedition. Now unless you’ve got 007 tendencies, most people would feel terrified yet excited and very focused on the task at hand. Your mind would be thinking about your next move and the careful steps you’d be taking to reach your goal. You’d need to be very confident about the team’s ability to come together and the commitment to reach the summit.
